Each potential project starts with a review of the existing deck, stair, balcony, or pool area. Material, structural, code, permit, schedule, and pricing requirements are confirmed for the actual site before work is proposed.

Many Bay Area homes sit on slopes or overlook a ridgeline, the bay, or a valley. Cable can keep the sightline open from the kitchen window, the sofa, and the deck chair while providing a guard system designed for the specific site.
Maintenance is a garden hose and, once in a while, a quarter-turn on a tensioner. No sanding, no staining a hundred balusters.
