When you submit an estimate request, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the city where your project is located, and a description of your railing project. This information is used solely to respond to your request and discuss your potential project.

A hidden field ("honeypot") is included in the form to detect automated spam submissions. Real visitors never see or interact with this field.

Your contact information and project details are used to:

• Respond to your estimate request
• Contact you to schedule a site visit
• Provide a written estimate for your project

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

Form processing

When the form is activated, submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to our business inbox. Formspree's privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. The form uses HTTPS.

Data storage and retention

Formspree stores submissions according to the selected account plan and settings. We retain project inquiry emails only as needed to respond, manage a potential project, keep required business records, and handle reasonable follow-up. You may request deletion of information that we control by contacting us.

This version of the website does not include analytics or advertising trackers. The form processor may use technical measures for security and spam prevention as described in its own privacy materials.
